This lovely small house is a timber frame beauty designed by architect Nir Pearlson in Oregon whose firm specializes in green designs.
The owners wanted an energy efficient small home made out of sustainable materials. The house, built by Six Degrees Construction, has a large deck, covered back porch, solar panels on the roof and a very nice garden. A good design makes a big difference!
Although only 800 sq ft, this house feels much bigger.
